  • We have an opening at our Belka Golf Club in Sokak, Turkey!  This is a Head Professional Position.
  • The Head Professional
    • Directs daily activities of the entire golf operation in accordance with the philosophy, policy, and procedures of BGC
    • Manages the Golf Shop to ensure the highest level of service to patrons and guests
    • Plan for and schedule manpower to include assistant professionals, sales staff, shop coordinators, locker room staff and outside operations staff. Coordinates/develops teaching programs for students of all skill levels.
    •  Develop the annual operating budget, and manage by that budget, controlling general expenses for the entire golf operation.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities
    • Assists the Director of Golf with planning, promoting and directing all golf activities professionally and enthusiastically. Orders supplies associated with golf operations within budget.
    • Makes recommendations for the hiring and manages the training/supervision of all outside golf operations personnel. Makes schedules for Golf Shop and Outside Operations staff to assure that members and guests are fully serviced and that labor costs are maintained   
  • Position Requirements:
    • Candidates must be Class PGA Members. Minimum of 3 years golf operations management experience as head professional or first assistant professional at a club. Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
  • Monthly Salary:  Available Upon Request
  • Tenure: 2 years contract
  • Starting Date: ASAP
