July 19th 2022 - The 2022 Women's Met Open Championship sponsored by Lincoln at was held at The Country Club of Darien where 40 of the best female amateur and professional golfers in Met Section competed in a two-day tournament. Maryanne Grace of Winged Foot Golf Club topped the leaderboard by compiling a two-round total of 3-over par 145.

Although the opening round was interrupted due to inclement weather, Grace maintained her composure the following day and finished the round strong by sinking a birdie on the 18th hole, a 487-yard par 5, to conclude the first round with a score of 1-over par 72.

On the final day of competition, Grace finished atop the leaderboard by registering back-to-back birdies on holes 12 and 13 before adding one more on the 15th hole en route to a second-round score of 2-over par 73 to secure the trophy along with a first place finish in the Low Amateur Division.

Jean Bartholomew of Engineers Country Club put together a total of 13-over par 155 to clinch a three-stroke victory in the Women's Senior Overall Division.

Amy Bender of Ardsley Country Club earned Senior Amateur honors with a two-day score of 36-over par 178.
