Job Description: This position is responsible for utilizing expertise in the principles of player engagement, coaching, and programming to – 1) consult and advise PGA Professionals on value creation for themselves and their employers; 2) deliver player engagement products to execute against those principles; 3) provide coach and athlete development training based on the American Development Model for Golf; 4) and collaborate at a high level with PGA Sections, field teams, and stakeholders. Success is measured by – 1) reporting of value created for PGA Coaches; 2) participation and growth in the department’s products; 3) participation and growth in the department’s coach training; 4) Section ED and fellow field staff feedback on collaboration and communication.
